I can set the program, the door locks, the machine starts to hum, after a few minutes the active light starts to flash & the nothing!!!. Please help. Thanks
Sounds like you don't have any water entering the machine, check that you have not inadvertently switched the isolation tap off. (Just because the tap looks in the right position, don't be fooled, if it the small plastic lever type, these can splay and appear to be on when the fitment under it is in the off position and vice versa, good luck.
