turn dial to off. hold down both delayed start and spin select buttons and turn dial to the left one click, to the cold position. keep holding button until you here a click. let go of buttons and turn dial to off. Every thing should go back to normal. Just fixed mine and all is good.

Even in "gentle cycle"?
Use a nylon mesh garment bag (it has a zipper on it) available at Target, WalMart, etc.
Use a smaller one mesh bag for lingere, too.

I would look for a broken/unplugged wire in the area where you were working. Maybe the motor connector has partially shifted and not making contact.

I assume you are asking if there is a wool programme.

There should be a seperate wool programme incorporated in the timer or programme control unit, and it is usually a 40 degree wash.

If there is an issue with the heater, that will cause this sort of behaviour. I would check the heater circuit and thermal cut outs.

MOST OF THE TIMES WE GET IN MULTIPLE LANGUAGES, HOWEVER IF YOU ARE NOT FINDING THE ENGLISH MANUAL GO TO THE NEAR BY STORE FOR THE SUPPORT. THEY MY HELP IN GETTING YOU THE ENGLISH MANUAL AS WELL.

I know that this is a very old question, but for anyone else looking for an answer, uPd isn't an error code, it's just the machine telling you that there's a firmware UPDate available to install for your washing machine. Check your manual for how to do this, but for me it was a matter of holding the 'Remote Start' button for about 3s until the machine entered the service menu, turning the main dial until the display showed uPd, then pressing the 'Start' button to initiate the update. After probably about 5 minutes of a spinning progress indicator, 'End' appeared to show that the update was complete.

The e2 error is a generic error that the machine shows if it's been overloaded or if the load becomes unbalanced during a wash cycle.

to fix you must do a master reset of the washing machine. 1. Close the door and make sure the dial is pointing to the "OFF" function 2. Hold the Start/Pause button and turn the dial anti clockwise (to the left) to the "express 15 min" program at the same time. 3. Hold the Start/Pause button for a minute (the e2 message is meant to start flashing after a minute of holding the button down however with my washing machine this didn't happen) 4. Release the button and turn the dial back to the "Off" function. 5. Select any program and the message should not be appearing. --------------------------
