Using drywall screws but they keep falling out of the wall or are very loose. What do I do?

If you screw into plasterboard, they will. Use specific plugs to allow the screw to grip without falling out or screw into wood that supports the plasterboard. Drywall screws are used to hold plasterboard/drymall sheeting, in place, not for fixing to plasterboard as the board will fall apart.

Mold on drywall

You need to investigate the cause. Where there is mould, there is damp... If it was through the previous occupiers using things like tumble dryers, irons etc in enclosed spaces without sufficient ventilation then that's one thing. Damp on walls always needs investigating though to ensure the house is structurally sound. Have you had an extended survey done?

How can I cut 3/4 inch thick drywall with a dremel cutting disc? cutting drywall pieces from a full sheet to replace on my ceiling and walls. .? cover the dremel with plastic sleeve watch its temp.?

I don't think a Dremel has enough power to do what your after. However there is a larger rotary tool made by several different company's mine is made Dewalt works great fairly inexpensive and will do what you need.

I need help finding a stub behind drywall

The stud finders are not expensive but you can sometimes use a magnet to find the nails. Also you might try shining a flashlight across the wall. The putty put over the nails will sometimes show up. Last resort is to tap on the wall and try and hear the areas that have support under them.

What is the recommended drywall thickness for studs that are 24" apart?

5/8 of an inch is recommended. You may be able to get away with 1/2 inch if you don't really care, but i would check with the building inspector first

Is there a tool that will make it easier to cut

Circles are hard to make, I had a lot of trouble when we decided to put recess lighting into the whole house. I wasn't able to find a tool that does all the cutting for you but what worked really well for me was a Goldblatt Drywall Circle Cutter. It doesn't cut all the way through the drywall, it just scores it so that all you have to do is cut from the center of the circle out to the edge and then snap off the pieces. Saves you tons of time trying to get those round edges to look perfect!

When you are drywalling , how do you mark the location of the electric socket ont he drywall yor about to hang in place.

You can either measure up from the floor or the piece of drywall you just hang and then measure over from the wall or the piece of drywall you just hang or you can put the drywall in place and I ball behind it and Mark with a pencil and then cut it out with a dremel tool and you should be good from there. You might want to use a keyhole saw or a roto zip and a Rotozip is the best way to do it but it takes a little practice in order to control it

Drywall repair

Just saw your question but no answer. Sorry about the repair on the glass tape. Crack are pretty common with mesh tape, especially if the mesh was covered with premix all purpose compound. Mesh tape should be covered with setting type compounds. More info can be found on the tapebuddy.net how-to manual. They cover the reasons for the different compounds.
