Ciphering is mainly caused due to old sim cards,remove your sim and reinsert it.If the problem still persists,go to the customer care center of the operator and ask for new sim with the same number ,you would probably get this for free .Insert the new sim and see to it that the problem is gone now

i have Sony Ericsson k530i . when i answering the call there is a message stating that " CIP Hearing is not provided by your operator data transmission is insecured and with a warning sign" please help.
