I have the exact same problem, and we also cant find the fuses??
It is most frustrating - same problem.
It is a thermal protection switch wich is supposedly activated when the oven is nor properly ventilated. Mine has been installed as per instructions from the supplier - but still. I have bypassed this cut-off device. Oven is working perfectly now.
