Service manual does not have schematics or part list for PSU board of DAV-S400, however, it does have part number of complete power supply board that I can provide you if that helps.

A common problem for these is bad capacitors in the power supply, Remove the back from your Tv and look at the power supply on the left hand side.

You will see roughly around 9 x capacitors that are bulged / domed shaped on top usually these are valued at 3300uf 10V any that have bulged or leaked a brown like substance should be changed.
This will cure the problem as they overheat being sat next to a heatsink that gets very hot!
Try and change them for the same 3300uf but a higher voltage.

Not very often, it is the main DC filter caps on the primary side of the switching power supply, 100uf 450vdc is correct value. Just cut the wraper off with a razor blade then it will be easier to remove the bad caps.

In the CRT tube socket connected to the video board.Resolder that,changes all the caps on the video board around the main IC.That should solved the problems,not than ur main IC in the video board is shorted and dead.

If I give you the values of Z3, Z4 and Z5, would you return the favor by telling me what are the values for R104, R106, R107 and C17?

the resistor overheated as a result of the diode or the capacitor went bad. Your gonna need to get a schematic diagram and find out what the part #s are as you cant just put in any type of diode capacitor or resistor. Also see what thay voltage source feeds and make sure nothing else is shorted.. Good Luck
