you will find BIOS Family Processor Microcode Update
click on that link ; you will find the installation instruction and download file
This error usually appears after a system board has been replaced and the tech failed to update the Microcode. I've personally seen this a few times in the d530 series (I've replaced dozens of system boards on this model and have to do the microcode update nearly all the time.
You can download the update here; put it on a floppy disk and boot the computer with the disk in (be sure to set the bios to boot to floppy)
