Where is the reset button?

sounds like power board bad and could have bad control board also

go settings and disable this function this set is for a commercial store or home use

or any other function if the tv has no program and shows by default the logo disable too

Cheaper to replace the TV than repair this problem.

Have you checked your power supply voltages?...if so what are they?

Check out the inverter board that powers the back light leds.

Fault to its main board. Short circuited component/s at it. Contact any service technician; or the authorized service center. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. If so, a software [firmware] update too might be necessary.

In status of power off, press power button + volume down button and hold.
When you can see LG logo, release power button only (hold volume down button).
And press power button again in 3 sec and hold (hold volume down button).
Select 'Yes'.
Select 'Yes'.
Reset processing.....
Voilaa...!!!! its done.

if you are getting the logo and snow , I think you are on the wrong channel for programming
