Disconnect and Reconnect the Printer Power Supply
Unplug the power cord from the wall socket.
Disconnect the power supply from the back of the printer.
Wait 15 seconds.
Reconnect the power supply to the back of the printer.
Plug the power cord back into the wall socket.
Try a Known-Good Ink Cartridge in the Printer
Replace each affected cartridge in the printer with a known-good cartridge and check to see if the problem is resolved.
