How do I unlock a "control locked" position on my washing machine?
My whirlpool heaavy duty 9Kg is locked so I can't unlock it, I need help please
Hold control lock for 3 sec. It will make a sound and the door will unlock.
SOURCE: the control lock is on; on my Whirlpool Duet front load washing machine and I can't get it off
Try unplugging to reset power , to your machine..it might work..

I just purchased a used Whirlpool Duet and it had the control locked on it. I tried holding the lock button for 3 seconds & nothing happened. Does anyone know how to unlock this so that I can use my washing machine?
