It is a water problem. Check the filters on the hoses on in the back of the washer. This happened to us and that fixed it.

E10 on Zanussi W/D
I had E10 on Zanussi W/D.
The machine would wash but not dry.
Changed the water inlet valve assembly.
All working again.
All credit to wildwest1959, thanks.
SOURCE: e10 error code
I had this problem, the washer/dryer stopped working while in the drying cycle and displayed e10 message. It was caused by a faulty three-way inlet valve. The solenoid controlling flow to dryer condenser proved to be open circuit. Pulled washer out from under counter top, unplugged, removed top cover, tested solenoid circuits with ohm meter and found one solenoid was faulty. The filter going into the unit was clear. Replaced whole three way component with one ordered on Internet and all now works fine. Noticed that during drying cycle, water to condenser is constantly being switched on and off, explaining why the green condenser solenoid is the one that wears out first.

You’re in the FAV6800AW forum so I assume your machine type is a FAV6800A or FAV9800A the LCD flavor of the machine. I’m an owner not a repair person.
Unfortunately this is not a true DIY forum it lacks prompting the forum member for Model number and Serial number both can be found here on the machine.
Can you feed us back model # and s/n only. We only need the first two numbers 10 thru 17 for the series.
If you are in the right forum then see this post Clutch Fix. If you are handy and have basic mechanical skill sets i.e. put those xmas toys together. You can save $$$ that's three figure real life cost if you call in a service repair company.
If your machine type is not this type please don't vote for me like this forum member did helenhearn. I could not get feedback for a simple request like what is the model number of your machine.
I get BS rating from the forum member after I specifically asked not to vote for me if the machine type was not as shown at that link.
Lights are on but nobody home…. New I was in trouble from the get go with this forum member.
I don’t receive any funds from FIXYA I’m an owner trying to help other owners with machine issues.
The rating system is the only credibility measurement I can offer that reflects the quality/knowledge of machine solution issues I can offer for free. At the end of the day it’s about saving the forum member money if the forum member can roll up his/her sleeves and dig in.
If you don't DIY and learn how to extend the service life of your machine the only solutions I see are;
1. “Call in a qualified Repair Service” good luck with that one. Read thru the many post on this machine type of frustrated forum owners. I feel this is not a cost effective solution.
2. Break the machine down and ebay the parts I do real well there on parts buys.
3. Set the 1$K machine out at the curb on bulk trash pick up day.
Let me know if I can help………..Rich
