You actually do not require the number to program this remote. If you hold down the component you are wanting to link it to eg. TV and press the power button for 3 seconds the on/off button will stay lit. Once the on/off button is lit, you then just press the on/off button until the unit turns off. You then press the stop button at the bottom. You should be able to turn your TV on now!
