Accutek AOJ-1601 Stand (Pedestal) Fan instruction manual the fan did not work and i opened it up. took the top off the three speed buttons and three parts fell out. a spring and two pieces of metal that must lock and unlock each speed button and i don't know how to put it back together. also is there a wiring schematic for this model

I've just acquired an Accutek fan and although the fan itself spins fast the unit does not turn/rotate (I'm guessing this is the oscillation feature) Is there a way to test or fix this? Thanks in advance

It used to oscillate, but stopped while it was still very young. Also, the adjustable "tilt" of the head will not hold.
